User Research
To gather insights into the needs, challenges, and behaviors of potential users for the Health Companion Super App, I would conduct a survey. Surveys are an effective research method because they allow for quick data collection from a large group of users. They also provide results that are quantifiable, which makes it easier to analyze trends and common pain points. Additionally, they offer anonymity, which encourages users to share honest feedback about their health management experiences. Furthermore, it is accessible. Indeed, it allows people with chronic health conditions to participate from the comfort of their homes.
The survey includes questions about medication management, appointment tracking, and preferred app features. Below is the link to my Google Forms survey, followed by screenshots of its structure.
